Your Next Video OUaT#5 Your Salespeople

I am a big fan of Rujuta Diwekar !
Oh, do you already know that? But I will keep on repeating it! :-)

But honestly one of her theory which I love & genuinely believe in is
“All food is good”.
She means pizza, pasta, ice-creams & pastries as well!
And I love them all.
The only thing which matters is the quantity & time when you consume them!

Same is applicable for your salespeople!
“All salespeople are good”
The only thing which matters is what type of a salesperson you need & when; for the current stage of your business?
So let’s talk about different types of salespeople today.

Type One
These are salespeople having high energy, extrovert, charming but also manipulative.
They are willing to do whatever it takes to make the sale whenever, wherever.
But they have genuine desire to change the world for better.
They are good at building a dream picture of the result.

Type Two
These type of salespeople are confident, both a team player & a team builder.
They enjoy the challenge of creating unique solutions for each customer.
They thrive on managing complexity.
They are highly skilled at resolving objections.

Type Three
These type of salespeople are fun loving, hardworking, optimistic but also pragmatic.
They like routines but hate complexity.
They believe in developing good relationship with customers & building repeat business.
For them customer always comes first.

Type four
These types of salespeople are happy go lucky & everyday folks.
They are down to earth but not overachievers.
They are master at handling social pressure so as to withstand constant contact with the public.

Make a choice what skills you want in your salespeople?
Hold on! Before you pick up that phone & start hiring anyone, let me remind you that you must have your minimal viable product (MVP) ready before that.

If you think you are good at ‘SELLING’ & don’t want to hire anyone now, feel free to save your money for future investments.

I may sound repetitive, but it’s extremely important.
You need only certain selling skills at any given stage of your business.
You don’t need them all.
Make your choice of salespeople carefully.

If you wish to know more about the correct phase of your business, what kind of people you need, what strategies you need; join us for the workshop!

It is all about your salespeople.

If you have any questions feel free to hit reply to this mail.
Don’t forget to share it with your friends.

That’s all for today!
Very soon, on 12 March 3-5 pm we will be discussing about it.
Hoping to meet you soon there!

Till then,
Take Care
Stay Tuned
