Today we are going to have some ‘Serious’ kitchen business! :-)
So same question again, normally what do you cook for dinner?
Yes, I know your answer “It all depends…”

True, it depends upon what you have in the pantry/refrigerator, how many guests, off course how your mood is and most importantly who is coming?

When you start your business, you MUST start selling what you have ready in your plate.
Just like last minute cooking! (2 Minute Maggie)
If you keep on thinking about adding fancy veggies & decorative plating the dinner time gets over!
You lose the opportunity!
So start selling with what you have. (Minimal Viable Product)

When you start getting some money rolling in your bank account & have a good word out, you must start providing the wholesome meal!
Wheat pasta with some exotic veggies & garlic bread!
I would love some red wine with that! :-)

Start providing value added services & complete solutions!
But the menu will change depending upon who is coming for the party?
I mean your customer.

Let’s move on to the next phase!
How about getting a maid for cooking?
That’s exactly the phase when you start outsourcing.
But still from your own kitchen.

Now the recipes are well tested & get prepared under your supervision!
So any Tom, Dick or Harry can make them! (I mean Shantabai, Janaki bai or who so ever)
The final product will be the same most of the times!

What’s next? Hire a pantry & a chef!

Full Moon Night illustration using Procreate

Today I draw Full Moon Night illustration using Procreate. No tutorial followed,No reference image. It's completely designed and drawn by me. Wow ! That feeling is awesome. First time I am feeling confident and artist like , if you are too a beginner like me you may get what i am talking about. During these times (2020 Pandemics - We are locked down for more that 40 days ) this was most needed. Hope you will like it. Here is colour variation of the same drawing.
