Pumpkin Illustration : Texture Illustration Procreate
I always wanted to learn 'Illustration with textures'.
I was looking for all sort of tutorials and classes but not able to find a suitable one for myself.
Then I came across these reel tutorials by Jennifer Nichols - Leila & Po Studio.
And yes that was a style I was looking for.
But there was a small problem, these were fall / autumn illustrations.
And this is month of July. How on the earth I can draw these when it is not the correct season?
I procrastinated.
But the fact was , I wanted to learn that style badly.
Does fall or spring really matter ?
It may for some people but I definitely need to get that out of my mind.
Rather than wasting 2/3 more months to wait for fall to come or after loosing interest in that style there is no point in drawing .
So I finally decided to draw and post these now.
That was a major roadblock overcame.
Every small win matters.
This pumpkin turned out exactly the way I wanted it. I loved this texture on illustration style. Planning to draw few more, Fingers crossed.
